Listen up! Kimball Art Center will play host to the acoustic arts on April 6th as several local musicians showcase their talents in our gallery.
“This event is all about artists supporting artists, regardless of what type of art they practice,” said Jory Macomber, Kimball Art Center’s executive director. “The Listening Room is an opportunity for local musicians to showcase their talents in a relaxed social setting. From singers to pianists to poets, the Listening Room is sure to be music to the ears of everyone who attends,” he added.
The eclectic bill for the evening will feature a varied offering of musical genres featuring performances by Kristen Lloyd, Omar Gerardo, Shane Jackman, Molly McGinnis, Teresa Eggertson Cook, The PCHS Jazz ensemble, and more.
Doors open at 6:30, with music from 7-9pm. Tickets are $20 each and a cash bar will be available.
