Gabrielle Wolfe
Gabrielle Wolfe's work is as intimate as it is cryptic. Her paintings vibrate within the memory of place as it relates to the seen and unseen impact each person has on their environment and ultimately leaves in their wake. Her paintings are emotionally charged and are collaged from various sketches and studies.
Wolfe is a multi-media artist living and working in Park City, Utah. Her current work incorporates techniques and processes from printmaking into paintings on canvas to create richly layered and textural pieces. Wolfe graduated from Winthrop University in May 2015 with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts with concentrations in Painting and Printmaking. She was born in Northeast Pennsylvania and grew up in Charleston, South Carolina.
Wolfe is very interested in collaborating with patrons to create commissioned works that carry echoes and traces of places that are personally relevant to them. She is also available for murals, live painting, workshops, and art education/outreach.
