Juanita Marshall
Over the last fifteen years I have been engaged in making, studying, and teaching ceramic arts. Working with clay connects many of my interests in geology, art, anthropology, my family, human and spiritual relationships, and......food!
I find joy in working with clay and understand that it allows me to express myself when words are not enough. Pieces are made with care and intention. The first step in making a pot on the wheel is called " centering ". In a world where distractions are common and focusing can be difficult, working with my hands and heart keeps me engaged, centered, and striving to improve my craft.
