The Kimball Art Center will be featuring an “Art Lounge” the first weekend of the 2025 Sundance Film Festival, Friday, January 24 – Sunday, January 26. With warm beverages and light snacks, we offer festival filmgoers a toasty reprieve between movie showings and the opportunity to view art that is on theme with the festival in our current exhibition – Moving Pictures.
Sundance is an opportune time to raise awareness for Kimball Art Center and showcase the important role arts and culture plays in the Park City community to visitors.
The hot cocoa will be piping hot and the popcorn freshly popped, now we just need your help inviting festival attendees to the Art Lounge. We are seeking volunteers to help distribute flyers outside nearby theaters (Ray and Eccles Theater) in between showings to get the word out about the Art Lounge at the Kimball Art Center.
Time: We have a number of available shift from Thursday, January 23 – Sunday, January 26 that are only 1.5 hours long.
This is a great opportunity to get in those volunteer hours or volunteer with friends and family. Our goal is to dispatch 2 people to each theater in between showings.
