Gallery Turnover & Dec. 13 Exhibition Opening

Seeking volunteers to help with the gallery turnover and for our exhibition opening on Friday, December 13.

Behind the opening of every exhibition, is a team working countless hours for two weeks to get the last show wrapped up and the next show ready.

Volunteers are needed to help our exhibition staff with the turnover of our gallery spaces in between exhibition on Monday, December 2 and Tuesday, December 3.

We are also looking for volunteers to support our exhibition opening for Moving Pictures, on Friday, December 13, in a variety of roles including:

  • 2 people to help with event set up
  • 1 person at welcome/check-in
  • 1 person TIPS certified for checking IDs
  • 1 person TIPS certified for bar assistant
  • 1 person to assist with the food / standby volunteer

Date & Time: Friday, June 30 6:00 – 8:00 pm (event time), volunteer shift times are varied
