Gallery Turnover & March 7 Exhibition Opening

Behind the opening of every exhibition, is a team working countless hours for two weeks to get the last show wrapped up and the next show ready.
Volunteers are needed to help our exhibition staff with the turnover of our gallery spaces in between exhibition on Monday, February 24 and Tuesday, February 25.
We are also looking for volunteers to support our exhibition opening for on Friday, March 7. This show opening is a two-part event. The Wasatch Back Student Art Show – Earthen Forms, featuring art created by local youth, is taking place from 2:00 – 5:00 pm, while the public opening for Traces will take place from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. We have a variety of volunteer shifts available at different times throughout the day, including:
- 2 people to help with parking during the student show
- 2 people to help with art making during the student show
- 2 people to help monitor galleries during the student show
- 2 people to help with event set up
- 1 person at welcome/check-in
- 1 person TIPS certified for checking IDs
- 1 person TIPS certified for bar assistant
- 1 person to assist with the food / standby volunteer
Date & Time: Friday, March 7, Student show 2:00 – 5:00 pm, public opening 6:00 – 8:00 pm (event time), volunteer shift times are varied
