Volunteer for the 2025 Kimball Arts Festival taking place Friday, August 1 through Sunday, August 3.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2025 Kimball Arts Festival! More than 500 volunteer shifts are available from July 16th through the festival weekend, August 1-3.

We are in need of volunteers to assist at the entry gates, help out our exhibiting artists, facilitate art activities for all ages, and so much more. You can explore all shifts and sign up here.

Volunteer benefits include:

  • One pass to access the Festival for the weekend
  • 2025 Arts Festival volunteer T-shirt and bag
  • Access to the Volunteer Lounge stocked with food and refreshments

Important dates:

  • Arts Festival Online Volunteer Orientation:
    • Wednesday, July 23, 5:00 – 7:45pm.
  • Pre-Festival Prep:
    • Wednesday, July 16 – Thursday, July 31
  • Park City Kimball Arts Festival Hours:
    • Friday, August 1, 5:00 – 9:00 p.m.
    • Saturday, August 2, 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
    • Sunday, August 3, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Volunteer 20 hours or more annually and receive a complimentary ‘Red’ Individual Membership to Kimball Art Center ($55 value).
