Week 4 (June 30-July 3)
Art from Around the World
Kiddos will learn about cultures, history and art from different places around the world. Inspired by this learning they will experiment with many materials and create their own artwork from painting to sculpture. This camp is for 6-12 yr olds. Due to the Fourth of July holiday, this will be a 4-day week with no camp on July 4.
Wheel Throwing 1 Teens
Learn the basics of the potter’s wheel and make clay creations like cups, plates, and bowls. As students advance and build confidence, they can tackle additional wheel-thrown designs. Teens 13-17 yr old. Due to the Fourth of July holiday, this will be a 4-day week with no camp on July 4.
All work will be fired and ready for pick up at the Kimball Art Center 14 days after your class. We do not ship class work.

If artwork is not picked up after 60 days it will be recycled. *Since artwork may look different after firing, make your pottery or sculpture recognizable by carving a signature into your piece. On the last day of camp, please join us for an art show to photograph work before it gets fired !

Get ready to build, design, and play in Mini Builders: Planes, Trains, and Automobiles! This hands-on camp is perfect for young engineers who love vehicles. Kids will create their own models of airplanes, trains, and cars using blocks, craft materials, and simple tools. Through fun building challenges and imaginative play, they’ll develop problem-solving skills while exploring the world of transportation.
