Art & Mindfulness
Appreciating art requires a stillness, reflection, and awareness that doesn’t always come naturally in the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. Instructor Whitney Reed will guide students over an afternoon workshop, through mindfulness meditation techniques and draw from scientific data to help awaken your senses, clear any creative barriers, and deepen your connection with art. Participants do not need to commit for the full experience, and can stop in as long as desired. This class is donation based.
