Arts Fest Volunteer FAQs
HOW DOES CHECK IN WORK? Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled shift. Volunteers must check in at the Volunteer Lounge located at the Gateway Center (136 Heber Ave, Park City, UT 84060). You can enter from the corner of Heber Ave and Swede Alley then follow the signs for the Volunteer Lounge. Please bring a picture ID. At check in you will receive your Volunteer t-shirt, credential, goody bag and food.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? We ask all volunteers to wear the volunteer t-shirt provided to them. We request this so all volunteers are easily identifiable by guests and artists. Please wear comfortable shoes and consider weather conditions. We strongly urge you to bring some sort of sun protection, e.g., sunscreen or a hat.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK? Parking will be extremely limited. We highly advise you to use public transport. Park City Transit provides free bus service and we encourage locals and visitors alike to take advantage of this convenient mode of transportation. There will also be a complimentary Bike Valet, presented by Cole Sport on 7th Ave accessible via Park Ave. Remember, please be 15 minutes early to your shift and take into account transportation time!
