With mosaic artist @carrieomalley_art as your instructor, experiment with color, texture, and flow to discover the endless possibilities of mosaic. Various tools and techniques used in contemporary mosaic-making will be demonstrated, as well as proper adhesives, surfaces, design/layout, and grouting. Take home 1–2 completed projects with this 2-day workshop.

All materials, supplies, and tools are provided.

Carrie O’Malley studied mosaic art in the beautiful city of Ravenna, Italy. Her beautiful and durable work features in public spaces, private homes, and collections across the country.

If you have a little experience and don`t need to start completely from the beginning, Drawing II is for you. Hone your technique beyond the fundamentals with our instructors.

🎨Painting Concepts
All skill levels are welcome in Maria Zielinska`s painting class. Practice oils or acrylics and develop your own style.

Watercolor I & II
Get graduated practice with Watercolor I and Watercolor II. Join other beginners to learn the basics in Watercolor I, then build on your practice and develop confidence in mid-October with Watercolor II.

Calling all artists: we want you for Monster Drawing Rally!

Monster Drawing Rally (Sept 19) is a live art-making block party where artists are the stars of the show. You’ll be tasked to complete an artpiece in just 50 min. Finished drawings, paintings, mixed media, and more are immediately auctioned off for $50 each. Funds go to @pcscarts and Kimball Art Center’s mission to support the arts in Park city!

There’s live music, food, a cash bar, and auctioneers– but watching you create is the main event!

Professional, student, and hobby artists are encouraged to apply.
