The 2020 Park City Kimball Arts Festival Is Happening Virtually.
Rest assured, creativity isn’t cancelled! Kimball Art Center is working hard to honor the 50-year history of the Festival, inspire our community, and support artists. On Sunday August 2nd, Kimball Art Center made its presence felt on Main Street, offering art project, take-home art kits, and more. In addition to this smaller-scale in-person event, we are offering, over the next few months, a virtual Art Fest, featuring a new interactive website, artist talks, and more.
For more than 50 years Park City’s historic Main Street has been home to the Park City Kimball Arts Festival. Every year roughly 1,000 professional artists from around the country apply in hopes of being selected by a blind jury to showcase their work, and more than 50,000 attendees converge on Main Street to purchase it. In fact, the Park City Kimball Arts Festival consistently ranks among the top art festivals in the country for artist sales and attendee experience.
This annual three-day event is held the first full weekend of August and also features live music, gourmet food and drink, and a host of creative and collaborative activities.
