ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
Kimball Art Center is pleased to announce the 2025 Wasatch Back Student Art Show, open to all students in Summit and Wasatch County Schools, grades K-12. This year’s exhibition theme is EARTHEN FORMS – a creative journey in clay reflecting on the material exploration as a vessel of storytelling. We invited young artists to think about submit works that feature clay as a primary medium or explore the theme of the earth through 2D art.
This year’s Wasatch Back Student Art Show will be presented alongside our exhibition (Re)Shaping Our World, featuring contemporary ceramicists, Brie Ruais, Ashwini Bhat, and Raven Halfmoon, among others.
Inspired by our concurrent exhibition, local students have been invited to reflect and ponder that which connects to the exhibition which leads to their own personal creativity and works of art that are both incredibly imaginative and thoughtful.
The exhibition will be on display from March 8 – May 25.
