Volunteer for 2026 Art Soirée
Volunteers are needed to help with Kimball's biggest fundraiser of the year. We are looking for set-up help the week before as well as on the night of the event, Saturday, April 4!Sign up to be a volunteer here.
The Kimball Art Center is hosting it’s annual Art Soirée on Saturday, April 4, 2026, to shine a spotlight on the contemporary art experiences KAC brings to our community and raise critical funding for our programs. Taking place at The Pendry Park City, this year’s theme is Returning to Wonder.
We are looking for support through a variety of volunteer roles leading up to and during the event – including prep, silent auction support, golden tickets sales, and more! Preparation shifts will begin the week before the event and run through the evening of Saturday, April 4.
We are also hosting a volunteer orientation for night-of volunteers on Wednesday, April 1. This will be a time to get a sense of your role, practice using various tech programs, and go through the run of show for the evening. (Note – prep and set up volunteers do not need to attend orientation). If you can’t make the orientation, our volunteer coordinator will set up a time prior to April 4 with you to go through key information.
