This class will introduce campers to the fun of jewelry. Each day we will explore a different material and form of jewelry. Each project will be fun and full of learning about the history of creating art to wear.

Art with Nature- Kids
Mother Nature really is the planet’s best artist. Campers will learn how natural materials can become art and enjoy collecting and creating with nature. We’ll create rock and branch paintings, leaf prints, plant pigments, handmade paper, shell and sand art, clay and more.
Animation-Kids
Not all screen time is created equally. This class will introduce the basics of digital art allowing campers to explore digital programs through creating their own character. Starting with learning how to use the pen tool, shape tool, curvature tool, and shape builder tool campers will create a vector image of their own. We will explore art elements like shape, mass, space, value and implied light to create shadowing and highlights to our flat image. Finally, we will animate a small part of our design to create a gif!
Past and Prominent- Kids
Picasso was famous for his portraits, Monet for his watercolors, and Michelangelo for his frescos and sculptures. We’ll look at the work and techniques of famous artists throughout history and blend their styles with our own.
Handbuilding in Clay- Kids
A fun class off the wheel – Campers will make plates, cups and bowls, then glaze their creations making each one truly unique.
Digital Art 101-Kids
Not all screen time is created equally. Campers will explore drawing, painting and collaging digitally as we explore a variety of themes from characters to places and even surrealist ideas. Laptops will be provided for up to 6 students. Reach out to us if the class is full and you have your own laptop.
