Each kit comes with 12 pounds of clay, your choice of glaze color to be applied by studio staff, list of tools, instructions on setting up your clay making space, and a link to a video lesson. These sculptures are great as stand-alone pieces for the mantle or toothbrush holders by the sink! Use stamps and found texture tools (such as leaves, rocks, or lace) to embellish pieces. Use string or wire to hang pieces after firing. Perfect for any age, students will learn to create their very own soup or cereal bowl using both pinch and coil techniques. Stamps, texture and carving tools can be used to decorate your bowl.
