“BRANDed PC” Pop-Up Shop Returns to Park City Dec. 2-10 @ Kimball Art Center
Find unique products, celebrate Summit County creative entrepreneurs, and support arts and culture.
Park City, Utah (Monday, November 13, 2017) – BRANDed PC, a pop-up created by Park City Summit County Arts Council to spotlight local creative brands, will take over the Kimball Art Center’s Main Gallery December 2-10. The pop-up is a one-stop-shop to interact with local products and the stories of the makers who have boldly moved their vision forward.
BRANDed PC is designed as a gallery meets editorial spotlight meets matchmaker between the community and local creatives. Arts Council Executive Director, Hadley Dynak explains, “It is a celebration of the power of community, the power of buying local, and the power of our local visionaries, makers and risk takers. Being a maker takes guts and hard work and we want to celebrate and showcase the creative, entrepreneurial spirit of these individuals and their products.”
A Launch Party, open to the public, will be held on Saturday, December 2nd from 7:30 – 9:00 p.m. During the party, guests will have the opportunity to meet the makers, explore the showroom getting first dibs on local product, enjoy local food and beverages, and interact with the BRANDed PC models who will be exhibiting merchandise thanks to producing sponsor, Farasha Style. The night will celebrate Summit County’s ever-growing creative economy.
BRANDed PC will feature over 40 brands who either started their brand or are currently based in Summit County, UT. An eclectic mix of product will be represented including household goods, nonperishable food items, accessories, toys, clothing, outdoor gear, books, cards and more. Sharon Backurz, owner of local apparel company Zenzee and returning BRANDed PC maker notes, “We had a blast at BRANDed PC last year! We love the storytelling aspect of this event and how our products were displayed. It couldn’t have been easier to participate. We are very excited to be part of this special pop-up experience again this year.”
All items on the floor will be for sale. There will be something for everyone at BRANDed PC!
