This semester, Kimball Art Center is offering more than 120 classes in media ranging from painting to metals to weaving. This robust schedule of unique and meaningful creative opportunities would not be possible without our instructors. They invigorate the studios with energy, skillfully teach new techniques and perspectives and foster an environment in which others are inspired to create.

Art Starts Here is an opportunity to see work by eight of these instructors, focused on painting, drawing and digital art. Including work by Zac Campbell, Nathan Jarvis, Karen Kurka Jensen, Emily Kerr, Jeanne LaRae, Ali Mitchell, Anna Moore and Heather Stamenov, the exhibition demonstrates the diversity of their passions and talents, and celebrates the impact these artists have on the Kimball Art Center and our larger creative community. They are the driving force behind what we do.
