THE KIMBALL ART CENTER WELCOMES THREE NEW BOARD MEMBERS
New board members from Vail Resorts, Deer Crest Club at the St. Regis Deer Valley, and the
Park City School District join the Kimball leadership team
Park City, UT – The Kimball Art Center is proud to announce that three new, dynamic board
members are joining its 14-member Board of Directors. Cynthia Key, Stefani Kimche, and
Wendy Rand each bring a valuable array of professional experience and dedication to their
posts, and will each serve a three-year term.
“We are incredibly fortunate to welcome these three highly qualified women leaders onto our
Board to help set the strategic direction for the Kimball’s future,” said Robin Marrouche, the
Kimball Art Center’s Executive Director. “Each has already contributed invaluable guidance and
support of our mission over the years. The combined horsepower of these three women will
help the Kimball reach new heights,” she added.
Cynthia Key
Having been involved in the private planning industry for 18 years, Cynthia Key works as the
Marketing and Sales Director of the Deer Crest Club in the St. Regis Deer Valley. Key works
closely with the owners of the St. Regis Deer Valley to expand the club membership base,
consult on club offerings, and develop and maintain the member website. Under Key’s
leadership, the Deer Crest Club has been an active supporter of the Kimball Art Center for the
past several years.
Stefani Kimche
With a deep passion and commitment for the arts, Stefani Kimche strives to inspire and
encourage young minds while teaching visual art through the Elementary Visual Arts (EVA)
program in the Park City School District. In addition, Kimche is currently a partner and principal
broker at b2 and company real estate and in the past was involved in creative marketing, event
planning, and consulting for a select group of organizations, charities, and athletes.
Kimche was one of the catalysts and visionaries behind EVA, which is one of the Kimball’s most
valuable programs. EVA is a unique joint partnership with the Park City Education Foundation
that fills a void in the curriculum and provides art in the local elementary schools.
Wendy Rand
Wendy Rand is the Senior Director of Human Resources at Park City Mountain Resort. In this
capacity, Rand is a member of the Park City Mountain Senior Leadership team along with the
Vail Resorts HR Operations Leadership team. Park City Mountain is a proud community partner
of the Kimball, contributing annually via its EpicPromise grant. Both EpicPromise and Kimball
Art Center are aligned in their efforts to conserve the natural environment and support our local
youth and community for a bright, sustainable future. Prior to joining Park City Mountain, Rand
has developed depth in HR and finance for over 20 years.
Park City Mountain and Vail Resorts have been dedicated creative partners with the Kimball for
several years, providing employee volunteers, school tour funding and making such fundraising
events as “Chairs for Charity” possible.
