Time to create for budding artists. Carefully designed by Kimball Art Center staff to support growing toddlers and their interest in creating. Mini Artists classes include meaningful studio time in our Kimball Art Center studios with experiential art activities, exciting and age appropriate gallery tours, play, and sensory experiences. Mini Artists classes are held from 4-5PM for children 3-5 years old. Each session is $15 and includes all required materials.

Creature Cup: Use your imagination to create a silly or scary creature with teeth, eyes and ears on a cup! These sculptures are great as stand-alone pieces for the mantle or toothbrush holders by the sink! Wind Chime: Use templates or free hand your own shapes to explore texture, pattern and positive and negative space in this hanging wind chime video class! Use stamps and found texture tools (such as leaves, rocks, or lace) to embellish pieces. Use string or wire to hang pieces after firing.
