Join our weekly watercolor class to explore the vibrant world of watercolor painting. This class is designed for artists of all levels who wish to enhance their skills and experiment with the fluidity and transparency of watercolor. Each week, you’ll learn various techniques such as wet-on-wet, dry brush, and glazing, while exploring color theory, composition, and texture. Through step-by-step guidance and hands-on practice, students will work on exercises and individual projects and receive personalized feedback to develop their own style. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your technique, this class offers a supportive environment to grow your creativity and skills.

Go with the flow of watercolors in this camp and practice your color skills, brush work and control of the media. Each day explore a different subject matter, grow your ideas and enjoy the wonderful media of watercolor.
Holiday Watercolor Workshop
Let’s have fun painting a few holiday watercolor paintings! In this workshop, we will paint both a Thanksgiving themed painting as well as a Jolly Santa. Students usually can complete both paintings in the allotted time and, in many cases, will have these painting framed for the holiday season. References will be provided and students will follow the instructor’s demos.
We will break for lunch (one hour). Please bring your own lunch.

Painting through the seasons: Fall and Winter Watercolor Workshop
Autumn leaves are falling and Jack Frost will soon be nipping at our toes. It’s time to bring the beauty of the outdoors into the studio and paint a few seasonally inspired pieces. We will paint an autumn inspired scene as well snowy winter painting. References will be provided and students will follow the instructor’s demos.

Sketch, Paint and Go: How to Complete a Travel Sketchbook
This course will focus on developing skills and techniques that will help you have a more successful experience sketching outdoors or while traveling. This class will include some discussion about design, layout, materials and general tips as well as drawing and sketching exercises. We will experiment with a variety of materials including pencil, pen, ink, and watercolor paints.
