ABOUT THE EXHIBITION

The 2026 Wasatch Back Student Art Show theme is Nature’s Wonders. Students were encouraged to investigate the patterns and rhythms of nature, the science behind them, and the ways humans try to understand the vastness and beauty of the natural world. All media and approaches were welcomed—we want to see what amazes our students about the world!

This year, the Wasatch Back Student Art Show will be showcased alongside Returing To Wonder, an exhibition featuring groundbreaking artists who rekindle our capacity for wonder, encouraging renewed curiosity and attentiveness. Inspired by our concurrent exhibition, local students were invited to reflect on its themes of awe, drawing connections that sparked their own creativity. Join us as we celebrate their findings, expressions, and imaginings!

The exhibition will be on display from March 20 – May 3.
