Watercolor Wonders
Explore the wonderful world of watercolor! The littles will learn about different watercolor techniques using wax resist, salt speckling, tape resist, and more. Your refrigerator will be decked out, as kids can take home a new masterpiece after each class.
Watercolor Workshop
Over the course of two full days, students will learn how to draw their subject, mix and mingle colors, and utilize light and shadow to create form and paint a watercolor portrait. $200 covers the workshop and material, but lunch is not included.
Studio Sampler in Clay
A range of hand-building techniques and glazing are introduced during this fun five-week class. Students will complete at least four projects and gain a better understanding and appreciation of the ceramic medium. This class is $290 and includes all materials.
Wheel Throwing for Adults I
Join us for an in-depth exploration of clay on the potter’s wheel. Students will learn clay preparation, wheel throwing, trimming, handle pulling and the firing process while creating cups, mugs, bowls, plates and other forms. All skill levels welcome. The cost is $450 and includes all eight sessions and one bag of clay. Additional clay is available for purchase. Due to drying and firing times, pottery will be ready to pick up 12-14 days after the class session is finished.
Abstract Painting
Create expressively and connect with your intuitive side while discovering the joys of painting abstractly. This class offer experienced painters a chance to reinvigorate their practice and is a perfect introduction for beginners. This three-week class is $135 and includes materials.
