Figures with Values ONLINE CLASS

Practice drawing people with simple value techniques. In this online class we’ll focus on capturing light and form on the figure as well as developing hand rendering and fabric skills.

Materials needed: Paper, pencils eraser. Optional: charcoal, pens, ink.

This class meets on Zoom.

Artful Afternoon – Rice Krispie Critters

Sometimes, it’s okay to play with our food! Instead of clay or playdough, we’ll use Rice Krispies to mold and create our favorite Park City critters. Beavers, moose, deer, birds, elk and more make for delicious artwork!

Materials needed:

Premade Rice Krispies (still gooey), candy, food coloring, wax paper, paper plate.

Artful Morning – Taking Note

Create a cereal box diorama featuring your family. This 3D scene makes a thoughtful Mother’s Day gift.

Cereal box, construction paper, liquid white glue, markers, printer paper, scissors.
