Whether you’re making special decorations for your home or crafting heartfelt gifts for loved ones, these handmade ornaments will add a unique and personal touch to the season. Perfect for all ages, this workshop is a fun, creative way to celebrate the winter holidays and make something beautiful to treasure for years to come.

Throwing Large Forms on the Wheel (2 days)
Learn how to throw large forms on the wheel in this two day workshop with Tom Caswell! Practice centering large amounts of clay, combining separate pieces to make one large form.
This class is best suited for ceramic artists who are comfortable on the wheel and want to take their skills to the next level.
Artwork will be fired by our dedicated clay studio staff.

Contemporary Mosaic Workshop
In this two-day exploratory workshop, beginning and continuing students are
encouraged to experiment with color, texture, and flow to discover the endless
possibilities of mosaic.
Various tools and techniques used in contemporary mosaic-making will be
demonstrated, as well as proper adhesives, surfaces, design/layout and grouting.
Students are introduced to a myriad of materials and may complete one or two
projects during the workshop.
A visual mosaic presentation is used to help educate and inspire students.
