Spend your Saturday morning with family and learn how to make creative clay plates! Students will play with clay and make their very own ceramic plate by hand. Various carving, and glazing techniques will be used to make your ceramic plate colorful and unique.
*Due to drying and firing time, pottery will be ready for pick up 12 – 14 days after class has ended.

Not headed out of town for fall break? Kimball Art Center has art activities for you and the family. Stop by anytime between 12pm and 5pm and make your very own fall leaf windcatcher and create leaf patterns using printmaking techniques.

For sipping, and cheersing, make and decorate your own personalized mug. Everyone in the family will use stamps and tools to create their own designs.

Students will share drawing techniques and skills in a community setting, while working with the model to communicate poses and complete timed sketches. This is an open studio session. *Must be at least 18 years of age. BYO drawing materials.
