Screen Printing III
Learn basics of screen printing in a fun and collaborative environment. Students will leave with a one-of-a-kind designed shirt.
Story Time Art for Tots
This free weekly program inspires the youngest members of our community to express their creativity. After reading a book, kids enjoy an art project themed around the story. Adult supervision is required.
Simply Start Watercolors
An introduction to the magic of watercolor for beginners. Students will learn what kind of paint, paper, palette, and brushes are best, as well as how to mix colors and apply them to watercolor paper. This is a step-by-step class with start-to-finish instructions.
Lidded forms on the Wheel
This two-session class will teach students how to create lids on the potter’s wheel, and includes techniques like throwing off the hump, enclosed forms, and many others for a good lid fit! Final products will include cookie and sugar jars, butter dishes, and more.
*Due to drying and firing times, pottery will be ready for pick up 12-14 days after class has ended.
Paint Your Pet
Cindy Briggs, shares how to have fun with watercolors and paint your pet. We’ll focus on the importance of capturing their expressive eyes, playing with unexpected color, the relationships between shapes, and suggesting fur with brushwork.
