Clay Paintings for Tots
Introduce your toddler to both 2D and 3D media in a fun and creative environment! Tots experiment with clay and special vibrant clay paints to make their own painting masterpieces! Students have fun building on top of their clay canvas, as well as mixing fun colors to make unique three dimensional painting projects. Due to firing and drying times, pieces will be ready for pick up 12-14 days after the class session is completed. Parents do not need to accompany children in this class.
Fall Break Art & Clay Camp
Come have fun in the studio with Cameron in this 2 day art camp! Kids will start in the Kimball Clay Studio on Thursday making all sorts of ceramic creations. Then, students will doodle, sketch, paint, layer, glue and have fun as they create unique pieces of art on Friday. Kids will take a break mid-day to eat lunch and relax. After lunch, students return to the studio for creative free time and a PG rated movie. We will provide popcorn for the movie – please notify staff if your child has any allergies! Spaces fill fast – register in advance to reserve your space! Due to drying and firing times, pottery will be ready to pick up 12 – 14 days after the class.
Fashion Illustration for Kids
This class will provide an introduction to the art of fashion illustration for those excited to learn how to draw the fashion figure in a variety of poses and clothing styles. We will learn the basics of the standing fashion figure, fashion detailing and how to draw clothing on the figure. No experience is necessary, just bring your passion for drawing and fashion!
Tots Turkey Pots
Join Cameron in the studio as he teaches students about a fun clay project that celebrates Thanksgiving. In his simple step-by-step process, he will show students how to create adorable clay turkey pots to adorn any fall table and to display for years to come. Due to drying and firing times, pottery will be ready to pick up 12-14 days after the class.
Pumpkin Patch Pinch Pots
